Seasons has seen a rise in holiday bookings to the US as currency rates continue to benefit Brits travelling to the states. The tour operator is said to have seen a surge in demand for trips to New York, California and New England now that travelers can get 10% more for their money than they could last year. Julianne Howarth, product manager for North America at Seasons said that Arizona and Montana had also been popular destinations. “2011 is proving a bumper year for Seasons’ US sales, and we’ve noticed an increase in enquiries across the board. The improved exchange rate actually coincides with the expansion of our programme in the States, so we have double the reason to sell holidays to the US,” she said.
