The organiser of industry conference Social Travel Britain has confirmed the event will be staged in Bristol from 21-22 April.
Tickets for Social Travel Britain are on sale at travelperspective.co.uk/bristol and also include attendance at the Social Travel Britain Awards, celebrating the top digital innovations, social media campaigns and blogger outreach initiatives in British tourism over the past 12 months.
Mark Frary, conference organiser and Travel Perspective, said: “The first Social Travel Britain conference was really well received in 2015, and we are excited to be back in 2016 with an expanded event. As well as expert speakers, great marketing case studies, and plenty of knowledge sharing and networking in the conference element, the Social Travel Britain Awards also feature new categories. This year we have added awards to recognise the ‘Best Grassroots use of Social Media’ and the ‘Social Media Personality of the Year’ which are proving very popular. We look forward to also exploring more of the vibrant city of Bristol with our delegates in April.”
Attracting tourism CEOs, policy makers, marketers and communication teams alongside top travel bloggers, Social Travel Britain aims to encourage mutually beneficial working collaborations between online influencers and travel and destinations marketers. Highlighting best practise and great ideas from the last 12 months, the speakers and panellists will focus on the most engaging campaigns that have promoted the best of British tourism.
