India has tightened security at three major airports following a call threatening attacks by Tamil Tiger sympathisers, ChannelNews Asia reported.
Extra security measures have been put in place at Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram and Kozhikode airports following a report of possible bomb attacks, police were reported saying.
