Staywell to open first Dubai property in November

Asia Pacific’s StayWell Hospitality Group will open its first property in Dubai in November – Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel.The property is located in Bur Dubai, close to the airport, the metro station and BurJuman Mall.The hotel will feature 392 guest rooms/suites including four family suites situated on the 18th floor. The hotel also offers two rooms specially equipped for the physically challenged.There are three restaurants, five meeting rooms, a rooftop swimming pool and a gym.Based in Australia, StayWell Hospitality Group has a network of 24 properties in the Asia Pacific region with locations including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Cairns, Townsville, Hobart and Launceston as well as properties currently under development in Singapore, Malaysia, Morocco and New Zealand; in addition to setting up hotel operations in China and IndiaStayWell Hospitality Group operates two high profile hotel brands – Leisure Inn and Park Regis. Each brand offers guests a quality hotel experience within distinctive sectors of the accommodation market.
