Suvarnabhumi shift to ease congestion

Domestic flights at Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport are set to be used for relieving the congestion of international departures, the Bangkok Post has reported. The “swing gate'” concept will increase the number of contact gates available in the peak period by six to 45, thus ensuring smoother departures, according to Serirat Prasutanond, Acting President of Airports of Thailand Plc.
