Taiwan eyes Indian tourists

Taiwan is the latest destination of choice for the growing Indian outbound market, Anil Mathur reports. While only about 23,000 Indians visited Taiwan in 2009, this number is expected to rise significantly following the launch of Taiwan Tourism Bureau rep office in India. The country is also taking part in India’s Outbound Travel Mart, which starts today in New Delhi.
