Two Chefs from the Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket are back in the kitchen having travelled to Bangladesh to promote Thai cuisine. The hotel sent Vichan Pachararoongroj and Boonram Kamchuy to the Radisson Water Garden Hotel Dhaka in Bangladesh from 12 - 18 July, where they participated in the ‘Thai Food and Cultural Festival’ which showcased royal Thai cuisine on the world stage. The menus created by Ruen Thai restaurant’s chefs from Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket included Nam Prik Goong Siab (Phuket style dipping sauce served with boiled and fresh vegetables), Tom Yam Goong (traditional sour and spicy soup with prawns), and Tom Kha Gai (coconut soup with chicken and galangal).
