Teletext Holidays has revived its Bamboozle quiz on the internet.
The popular TV-based quiz, along with Bamber Boozler, will now appear with 12 travel and culture questions every 24 hours and uses the same graphics and question format as its TV predecessor.
Users will be able to share their scores via Facebook and Twitter where they can challenge friends.
“The legacy of Teletext’s TV service still lives on to this day. Bamboozle is another great example of continued popularity and conversation since it went off the air in 2009. People still talk about it, and still miss it – bringing it back to our home on the internet just seems like the right thing to do. Giving it a new spin to incorporate travel-based teasers not only complements what we offer, but gives travellers a great insight into some things they may not know about the places they want to visit,” said Amy Patel, senior marketing manager at Teletext.
The quiz was one of several features axed when Teletext closed in 2009, with the holidays arm moving online.
