THAI adds festival flights

Thai Airways International (THAI) has announced that it will add 13 extra flights on three key domestic routes during this year’s six-day Songkran (Buddhist New Year) festival period. From 12-17 April, THAI will add an extra five return flights between Bangkok and Chiang Mai, operated by an Airbus A300, A330 or a Boeing 747. The Bangkok-Phuket route will also see an additional five return services, using A300s, A330s, B747s and B777s. Finally the national carrier will add three more services to its Bangkok-Krabi route, operated by an A300.
