Thai Airways International (THAI) today welcomed another A330-300 into its fleet. This is the second of five retrofitted A330-300, and returns to Bangkok from Hamburg having been upgraded with new economy class seats from German seat manufacturer ZIM Flugsitz GmbH.
THAI’s President, Piyasvasti Amranand said; “The arrival of this second retrofitted aircraft comes just two weeks after the first retrofitted A330-300 arrived in March. We’re not only excited about getting the improved products into the fleet, we are excited for our customers who can enjoy improved products.”
The new seats have a 32-inch seat pitch, an 18-inch seat width, and a nine-inch personal screen with 100 movie selections. THAI plans to operate the A330-300, with both Economy and Business class, mainly on regional routes.
