Thomas Cook Airlines has launched a new concept to entertain guests before their flights. The Thomas Cook Airlines Squad will perform songs, magic tricks and illusions from 6am to midday every day at Manchester and Gatwick airports until 3 September. They will also help airline staff with customer service support, queue management and provide destination information. “We want every element of our customers’ holidays to be enjoyable and stress-free, so with the help of our performers, we can ensure that parents can focus on getting through the airport and on to their flights as easily as possible, without the children playing up,” said Thomas Cook UK & Ireland CEO Ian Derbyshire.
