Tiger Airways is offering 100,000 seats at 40 Singapore cents (US$0.27) a piece plus taxes and surcharges to celebrate its fourth birthday next Monday.
“It has been four great years since Tiger Airways brought its low-fare model to the Asia-Pacific,” said Rosalynn Tay, Managing Director of Tiger Airways Singapore.
“Millions of travellers have been able to fly to destinations that previously were out of their reach due to our competitor’s high, high fares.”
In preparation of aircraft deliveries to Tiger Airways Singapore and Tiger Airways Australia the airline group is currently expanding its workforce of pilots, cabin crew and support staff.
