Travel Counsellors has announced it is to hold a webcast on Wednesday to show how the company supports its workers and families. The show has been launched following the success of the homeworker company’s children, teen and partner schemes, which are designed to help its members juggle family and work life at home. It now hopes to attract potential new recruits to the company with the webcast and current TC members will receive a goody basket if they watch with fellow professionals. “The approach we have taken to the holistic support we provide to our agents has proved extremely motivating for them – not only does it help them in their businesses but it is also important for them to know that we take a keen interest in all aspects of their lives, welcoming not just them but their partners and children into the TC family,” said Steve Byrne, managing director of Travel Counsellors. It will be broadcast at 8pm this Wednesday (20 July).
