Travelport makes key MENA appointment

Travelport has appointed Mouna Moussi Senior Business Development Manager of its Airline Services Group in the Middle East and North Africa, with a specific focus on the Levant and Maghreb countries.Moussi has been tasked with managing existing airline relationships in the region, as well as identifying new commercial and partnership opportunities with carriers to support the overall growth plans of Travelport’s GDS business. Having established a solid reputation and wide-reaching network amongst various travel industry stakeholder groups, Moussi brings a wealth of experience to the role. Over the past 12 years, she has held various positions with airline-related organisations, including Sabre Airline Solutions, and played a key role raising the international profile of the Arab Air Carriers Organisation (AACO) and its member airlines during her tenure as Executive Director.”With her in-depth knowledge of the aviation sector and extensive airline industry relationships in the region, I am confident that Mouna will be a valuable asset to the team, bringing the right skill-set to complement our on-going airline efforts,” said Will Owen Hughes Senior Director of Travelport’s MEA Airline Services Group.
