Trees around the world are moving into new territories in response to higher temperatures, according to a BBC report. From the US west coast to northern Siberia and Southeast Asia, trees are growing at higher elevations and at higher latitudes as global warming affects the climate. Of 166 sites studied, trees were advancing at more than half, while they are receding at just two sites, the report said.
