Trident and Taj reopen in Mumbai

Less than a month after the tragic terrorist attack, two Mumbai hotels reopened for guests, Anil Mathur reports.
Amidst tight security, the Taj Mahal Tower and the Trident opened their doors yesterday. Along with the 550 rooms and suites, the Trident also opened its F&B outlets. The Taj Mahal Tower also opened over the weekend, as the company had promised. F&B outlets such as Zodiac and Shamiana are now operational, as well as the Chambers.
Meanwhile, the fifth Taj property in Bengaluru, opened on 15 December. This is the 199 rooms Vivant by Taj-Whitefield in Bengaluru.
