Tsunami warning issued in Japan as FCO lifts travel advice

North eastern Japan has been put on tsunami alert after another earthquake struck offshore. The 7.8-magnitude earthquake struck 40 kilometres offshore and the tsunami is predicted to have a one metre wave. The news comes as the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) lifted its ‘all but essential’ travel warning to the region.
