TUI’s Ski Class and ABTA have stepped in to help schools, parents and children affected by the collapse of Pinnacle Travel. The failure is said to have affected 100 schools or more and their skiing trips this winter.
“Ski Class’s portfolio includes all the winter holiday destinations offered by Pinnacle Travel and by becoming an assignee with ABTA, we will guarantee that schools and pupils will still be able to travel to the ski resorts of their choice,” said Andy Burns, director of Ski Class. “Our aim will be to make the transition as seamless as possible to avoid any additional administrative burden on the schools concerned. For all the schools involved we will strive to deliver the skiing holidays as close as possible to the original trips they booked with Pinnacle Travel”.
It has launched an emergency hotline through 01273 64720001273 647200 and it will keep its FAQs updated on the situation.
