US$4.3 billion for Vietnam tourism town

The central Vietnamese province of Phu Yen is set for aUS$4.3 billion tourism boost, the Thanh Nien News has reported. Brunei-baseddevelopers New City Properties plan to develop a tourism complex, includingfour and five-star hotels, 160 luxury villas and a 36-hole golf course near thetown of Tuy Hoa.
