Virgin Atlantic has expanded its codeshare arrangement with Air New Zealand. The airline will now be placing its two-letter code on the Kiwi carrier’s from Auckland to Shanghai, which connect three times a week to Virgin Atlantic’s London-Shanghai services.
Luke Fisher, General Manager of Virgin Atlantic Sydney said; “This is a great addition to an already very successful partnership with Air New Zealand. This arrangement will continue to provide greater connectivity and choice for our New Zealand passengers.”
The Virgin Atlantic-Air NZ codeshare has been in place since February on a range of services from New Zealand to London via Sydney, Hong Kong and San Francisco.
