VNA adopts new passenger service systems

From tomorrow, Vietnam Airlines will begin implementing a new passenger service system that boasts a range of technological advances, Thanh Nien News reported the national carrier as saying.
The system, developed by Sabre Airlines Solutions, is the same as currently used by American Airlines, Gulf Air and Aeroflot. The airline’s Deputy General Director for Sales and Marketing, Trinh Hong Quang, was reported saying that he hoped that with its user-friendly features and technological advances, the new system would help Vietnam Airlines to improve the quality of its passenger services.
