W Macau – Studio City unveils exclusive Year of the Horse menus

W Macau – Studio City is celebrating the Year of the Horse with exclusive dining experiences at its restaurants, DIVA and Hawker Hawker. From 9 February to 3 March 2026, guests can enjoy specially curated menus that blend traditional elements with modern culinary techniques, crafted by Executive Chinese Chef Kwok-Hung Cheng.

DIVA offers a range of set menus designed for gatherings of various sizes. The 4-person set menu, priced at $335 (MOP 2,688+), features dishes like Star Grouper Fillet with Winter Melon and 15-year Huadiao Rice Wine. The 6-person menu at $585 (MOP 4,688+) includes Crispy Chicken Stuffed with Glutinous Rice, whilst the 10-person menu, costing $1,110 (MOP 8,888+), boasts Steamed South Australian Lobster and Egg White with Huadiao Rice Wine. Each set menu is available for both lunch and dinner, providing a luxurious dining experience.

For those preferring à la carte options, the Prosperous Gallop menu offers seasonal specialities such as Prosperity Toss Abalone and Braised Champion Pork Knuckle. Additionally, Chef Cheng introduces Bloom and Boom: Coconut & Olive Nut Rice Pudding, available at $23 (MOP 188) per box.

Hawker Hawker presents a buffet featuring Asian traditions with global flavours. From 16 to 22 February, guests can enjoy a lunch buffet at $50 (MOP 398+) or a dinner buffet at $86 (MOP 688+). Highlights include the interactive Lo Hei ritual and dishes like Singapore Black Pepper Crab and Roasted Suckling Pig.

Both restaurants offer a vibrant celebration of flavour and fortune, inviting guests to indulge in the festive spirit of the Chinese New Year.
