Wataniya’s fifth aircraft to fly to Istanbul

Kuwait, 28th March 2010: Wataniya Airways, Kuwait’s premium airline announced today the arrival of its fifth A320 Airbus aircraft, tailored to the highest degree of excellence and luxury and allowing it to further expand its schedule and launch new routes. Starting May 2nd, the premium carrier announced that it will start a regular service to Istanbul, the commercial capital of Turkey and the European capital of culture 2010. The new schedule will provide three flights a week on Sunday, Tuesday, and Friday from the exclusive Wataniya Airways Sheikh Saad Terminal to Sabiha Gokcen International, Istanbul’s state of the art new airport. Istanbul is Wataniya Airways’ ninth destination and the first European city that it flies to since the launch of its operations in January 2009.
