India’s WelcomHeritage group has added two more properties to its portfolio, with third under construction.
Located an hour’s drive from Hyderabad, the 85-acre Pragati Herbal Garden Resort has 80 thematic cottages, rooms and suites. The Resort said it can accommodate large conferences in locations away from the city surroundings.
The second property ‘The Khazanchand Mansion’, located in Almora, is a heritage mansion, built in 1919. The mansion has been a college and has housed government agencies. Now renovated, this double-storey heritage building has breathtaking view of the Himalayas, including the peaks of Nandagunti, Trishul and Nanda Devi. The rooms are decorated in ethnic style and named after luminaries who have lived there in the past.
The third property in Manan Village is a nature retreat, called Haricheena Nature Retreat, and will be ready in a year’s time.
