Westin Melbourne bought for US$109 million

Malaysian property developer, TA Enterprise Bhd, is buying the Westin Melbourne Hotel, for MYR389 million (US$109.5 million), the Business Times has reported.
The group, which already owns the Radisson Hotel, Sydney, said the deal will further enhance its hospitality operations in Australia.
