Dubai’s Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DCTM) has reassured holidaymakers that many of its hotels will show the World Cup games. “Couples facing the conundrum of whether or not to take a holiday this June and risk missing some of the games during the World Cup should find Dubai a reassuring option,” confirmed DCTM Director UK and Ireland Ian Scott. “Countless venues are already making preparations to show the games, often on large screens, and any football widows certainly won’t be short of things to do either”. Venues across Dubai’s biggest hotels, including the Jumeirah Beach, Atlantis The Palm and Grand Hyatt will be showing the football games live, as well as bars in the Habtoor Grand and Le Meridien.
