World Expo hotels go green

Hotels built for Shanghai’s World Expo in 2010 were finished on Wednesday, the Shanghai Daily has reported. The CNY220 million (US$32.1 million) complex is home to seven eco-friendly hotels, designed to be energy-efficient. Rainwater storage pools are in place, with recycling schemes designed to save water.
