WTM Vision Conference announces Milan speakers

World Travel Market has announced details of its 2011 Vision Conference, which will be held in Milan. Italian journalist Lorenzo Ottolenghi will moderate the half -day conference on 14 April, while e-tourism expert Professor Dimitrios Buhalis will give a masterclass on the use of social media. Delegates will also receive a copy of Euromonitor International’s ‘The Travel Indsutry Global Overview’. “I am delighted to be able to announce Lorenzo and Buhalis as key participants in the new WTM Vision Conference in Milan,” said Fiona Jeffery, chairman of WTM. “WTM Vision Conference in London has been a real success and I’m confident the Milan event will become as much a fixture on the travel and tourism industry’s calendar as the London conference.” There will be another conference at Arabian Travel Market in May.
