Shearings launches 2018 brochures

Shearings launches 2018 brochures

For the first time since 2013, Shearings’ first edition of the summer brochures have been separated to allow more focus on the tour operator’s core programmes.

The new 2018 brochures are, ‘This is Britain & Ireland’, ‘This is Europe’ and ‘This is Breakaways’…

All three coloured brochures feature similar front cover designs with their new ‘This is Shearings’ logo.

By splitting the brochures, the tour operator hopes it will be able to educate agents and customers alike on the diversity and flexibility of its programme.

Jane Atkins, Shearings managing director said:
“We have been working tirelessly to bring our loyal customers the best possible range of holiday experiences for 2018. Our holiday collection is now bigger and better than ever, with more enticing destinations and assorted packages to choose from.
We feel it’s important that our UK & European touring programmes are showcased in their own dedicated brochure to give customers a better understanding of the breadth of holiday choices and travel options that’s available to them. This will also help agents target the two markets, which have their own particular market segments.
The brochures really showcase the product with amazing imagery, top tips and clear point of sale in-addition to recommendations by Shearings experts and product managers to encourage more people to book with Shearings.”

The operator is offering agents the opportunity to earn £10 per passenger in Love2Shop vouchers for any 2018 European or River Cruise bookings made between 1 September and 31 October 2017.

All claims need to be sent to [email protected] with ‘Explore the world Incentive’ in the subject, closing date for claims to be submitted is 10 November.

The ‘This is Britain & Ireland’ brochure features over 40 new holidays. This is Europe brochure has been updated with 30 new European itineraries, with travel options by air, rail and coach.

Shearings Breakaways brochure has evolved from the ‘Hotel Collection’, and now includes short breaks by air, rail and coach.

The Breakaways programme features UK self-drive options that include coach excursions, such as Strictly Shearings, Christmas Carols at Salisbury Cathedral and Festive Royal Yacht Britannia. The programme also introduces a collection of Sunday Special breaks, to selected Coast & Country hotels and partner properties.

These breaks include an overnight stay, a three course Sunday lunch or dinner including a complimentary drink and a late check-out, priced from £49pp.

Other itineraries on offer include 4-day short breaks to Europe including Valkenburg Drinks Inclusive from £159, Lille & Bruges from £174, and Medieval Bruges from £194, plus a mini-cruise option.
