In August 2026, The Sebel Nuku Loaloa Living will debut in Wailoaloa, Nadi, offering 76 self-contained apartments and villas. The property will include a restaurant, bar, and extensive wellness facilities. TRIBE Na Tomba, opening in late 2026 on Denarau Island, will provide 118 rooms and vibrant communal spaces, embodying a socially driven brand ethos.
