Quest to re-launch at Jumeirah at Etihad Towers
Come January 2015, Jumeirah at Etihad Towers will showcase the new look of its restaurant Quest. The restaurant will offer at the end of January 2015 following its annual New Year’s Eve special dégustation menu, themed around art masterpieces. On New Year’s Eve, there will be a special one-off New Year’s Eve menu conceptualised around the theme of art and food. The eight-course menu will showcase ‘Girl with a Pearl Earring’ by Johannes Vermeer, ‘Soup Cans’ by Andy Warhol, ‘Water Lilies’ by Claude Monet and ‘The Birth of Venus’ by Sandro Botticelli.
Latest Recipe opens at Le Meridien Abu Dhabi
The all-day dining concept gets a new twist with the launch of Le Méridien Abu Dhabi’s signature restaurant – Latest Recipe. The outlet offers live active stations, combination of flavours and latest worldwide culinary trends.
The new outlet replaces La Brasserie Restaurant and will open on 2 December 2014. The new look will be unveiled after a five-month renovation.
The restaurant boasts five live, interactive cooking stations with preparation from the Middle East, India, Europe and Southeast Asia. Signature dishes include harissa infused hammour, tikka spiced lamb kebabs with coriander naan, Greek style roast baby chicken and stir fried duck glazed with balsamic reduction.
The restaurant also offers two exclusive private dining rooms along with a Chefs table seating up to 12 guests each. The overall restaurant and bar can accommodate 175 persons.
‘The Waves’ showcase a new concept
‘The Waves’ at Coral Beach Resort Sharjah recently unveiled its new concept of live grills on the table. This concept offers diners the option to savour starters while enjoying the process of grilling the dishes as each table is fitted with a grill. The property offers 156 rooms along with a range of dining options with varied menus.
