Responsibilities:
*Have good product knowledge to recommend suitable products to customers.
*Able to elevate good customer service including greetings and smile, maintaining high level of customer service satisfaction through excellent customer experience.
*Possess basic sales technique, recognise sales opportunities, up and cross sell and be able to drive sales to achieve and exceed sales target for the store.
*Able to attend to customer’s enquiries and complaints professionally
*Able to build rapport and customer loyalty
*Be able to provide professional advice to customer on the products and their purchases
*Be able to assist in visual merchandising including stock replenishment, arrangement of sales display area to promote sales, stock take and housekeeping to upkeep store’s image and ambience
*Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned
*Demonstrate high enthusiasm and positive attitude in welcoming and attending to customers
*Able to utilise in-store interactive tools and product promotions to drive sales.
*Perform opening and closing of the store
*Perform POC/ Cashiering Duties with high accuracy and handle various mode of payment types
Requirements:
*Matured, self-motivated and energetic individuals with a passion for all things retail.
*Strong command of English language and excellent personal presentation and grooming.
*Able to work rotating shifts of 44 hours per week (retail hours)
*Able to work on weekends, public holidays and replacement day for PH
*Possess at least min. 1 year of experience in retail industry
*Candidate with experience in bags industry have an added advantage
*Willingness to learn, a good team player, alert and has a good eye for details
*Possess strong customer service mentality, takes initiatives and be proactive especially in followup on customer queries and needs.
*Computer knowledge: MS Office Word, Excel & Outlook/ other email format would be an added advantage.
*Possess at least a Professional Certificate/ NiTEC, GCE “N”/ “O”/ “A” Levels, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, any field
*Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience
