Customer Service Agent (Call Center)

Customer Service/Call Center Position (Full training provided) – Koala Customer Service (Metro Manila, BGC Area)

Employment type: Full-time

We are a young driven call center originally based in Canada and we are looking to expand our business here in Manila. We specialize in Customer Service, Sales and Retention. Our Clients are based in the USA. As of now we will be working from a WeWork private space in Uptown Bonifacio Tower in Metro Manila.

We are open from Monday to Saturday
Starting wage is 142PHP/hr + 15000PHP Monthly Bonus’s

Qualifications: High School Cert or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities

-Answering inbound calls and address clients needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
-Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
-Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.

Skills needed:

-Fluent English (Essential)
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
-Previous experience in a call center or something similar
-Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal, professional phone voice
-Ability to perform under pressure and diffuse difficult situations
-Strong time management and decision making skills
-Team player
-Outgoing, Confident & friendly
