– Maintains and upkeep, cleanliness, and orderliness of the building and grounds and facility structures
– Operates trucks or other light automotive mechanical equipment needed to maintain the upkeep and cleanliness of the building and grounds
– Operates and ensures that all hand-held power and gardening tools are in efficient and good running condition
– Performs daily housekeeping of all areas/assignments such as dusting, sweeping, declogging of drainage, inlets, spouts, and washing/cleaning of all structures
– Maintenance of all building and grounds/surroundings including, but not limited to, landscaped areas, tree-parks, removal of weeds, application of fertilizer/pesticides, watering and grass cutting using grass cutting equipment
