The HR and Admin Assistant will help out in end-to-end recruitment, training & development, compensation and benefits, administrative and special projects.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in any of the following: recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, admin work
• Experience in Bookkeeping, sales monitoring, and inventory management is an advantage
• Will assist in preparation of compliance reports, payroll, liaise and arrange payments to banks and government agencies (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, and other Business Permits).
• For recruitment, must have working knowledge in sourcing, using recruitment tools, interviewing, administering exam, conducting background investigation
• For compensation & benefits, familiar with processing government benefits and medical/insurance
• For admin/clerical work, can process government/business permits, purchase and manage office supplies, facilities management like maintenance/repair of office equipment
• Must be hardworking, honest & responsible.
• Must be good in communication, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills
• Assertive and can work under minimum supervision
• Can start ASAP
