HR Admin Asst-Account Creation (6-month Fixed Term Contract)

Job Description: HR Admin Assistant-Account Creation (6-month Fixed Term Contract)

Information:
 Work Location: Woodlands
 Working hours: 8.00am to 5.30pm
 5 days work week: Monday to Friday
 Commencement of work: ASAP

JD – HR Administration for Recruitment, On-boarding and Separation:
• Data entry on account creation for new hires (locals unless otherwise advised)
• Manage Job Posting and Jobs Bank
• Tracking and update of medical check-up status and results of new hires
• Computation of statistic on Work Pass application (EP Annexure)
• Coordination and logistic support of in-house recruitment events/roadshows
• Posting, uploading and data tracking for internship
• Scanning and archiving of interns’ resume
• Focal point to update Foreign Contract Worker’s (FCW) renewal
• Preparation & printing of JD flyer for recruitment exercise (indoor/outdoor)
• System used: MS SharePoint, Success Factor & SAP
• Communicate with relevant stakeholders
• Filing, shredding and management of documents
• Buddy coverage of admin support to Payroll on relevant government claims, sorting of government letters, etc in his/her absence
• Buddy coverage of separation process: manage exit documents – resignation letter, clearance forms, work pass and air ticket booking forms

Requirements:
• A meticulous person
• Willing to work overtime during peak periods
• Able to meet tight deadline
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Preferably diploma holder, min GCE O level
