1. Attend to retail customers in their product enquiries, either over the phone, counter or email, if any
2. Identify customers’ needs and recommend suitable related products/solutions
3. Assist troubleshoot product issues with customers
4. Build good and lasting relationships with customers
5. Perform required duties on assigned brands such as monitor day-to-day inventory level, ordering of stocks, re-ordering of stocks, keep track of receivable for credit note or compensation from suppliers
6. Perform cleaning and maintenance of retail store to ensure it is clean, well maintained and presentable
7. Execute any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities which the Company may assign from time to time at its discretion in future in order to achieve retail sales goals, plans and strategies according to the requirements of the department and Company
