TRAVEL AFTER-SALES EXECUTIVE
SOUTHWEST LONDON
UP TO £25,000

THE JOB
A luxury holiday company in southwest London is looking for an after-sales executive to provide complete support pre and post-departure for their valued loyalty club clients. This is a high customer focussed, concierge role where your responsibilities will be to action any requests, book pre-holiday activities and experiences and make sure their holiday documentation is accurate and delivered on time. Post-holiday you’ll action feedback, resolve complaints effectively and with empathy to ensure customer retention. You will also build relationships with their loyalty club clients, reflecting the companies drive for providing exceptional holiday experiences, which will involve the organisation of birthday presents and gifts for Christmas and special occasions.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
*A background working in the travel industry is essential
*Experience working in a high customer focussed, after-sales travel role
*Proficient using Microsoft Office applications, email, Excel and Word
*Ability to relate to different personalities and confident on the telephone with a professional and personable manner
*Comfortable dealing with, analysing and using data
*A high standard of written and spoken English
*Natural empathy – crucial to complaint management
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Ability to work under a high level of pressure and to set deadlines
*Ability to forge and maintain working relationships both internally and with clients and travel suppliers
*Passport and the ability to travel abroad when the business requires it of you
