GCS Recruitment is searching for an IT Support Admin to work with one of the leading corporate companies in Malta!

Responsibilities:

Installing, troubleshooting, repairs and upgrades of general hardware and software
Managing backups and ensuring that inventory is always kept updated
Liaising with third-party providers and vendors as and when required
Assisting with projects that may arise from time to time
Handling System Admin rights and mapping out our existing network and cloud infrastructure
Checking on-site server set up and switches infrastructure
Preparing the appropriate customised manuals and procedures
Reviewing existing security settings and user access rights
Reviewing Microsoft Office 365 licensing structure
Assisting the team manager with the yearly budget

Requirements:

In possession of a diploma in IT or a similar qualification would be considered an asset
At least 2 years’ experience in user support
Good knowledge of MS Windows and Office 365 cloud
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
Professional and pro-active attitude
Organised with the ability to multitask
Team player
