GCS Recruitment is searching for an IT Agent to work with one of the leading online financial service companies in Malta.
Responsibilities:
- Handling accounts and mailboxes creation
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Keeping under control the stock of computers and peripherals
- Recommending IT strategies, policies, and procedures
- Measuring, planning and reporting IT infrastructure capacity
- Participating in IT infrastructure development projects
- Creating manuals and procedures on solutions to FAQs
Requirements:
- A degree in computer science or a relevant qualification is considered an asset
- At least 2 years of working experience within the IT industry
- Fluency in the English language is a must
- Fluency in the Italian language is an advantage
- Great communication skills; both written and verbal
- Strongly organised with great multitasking skills
- Ability to problem-solve
- Team player
