Marketing Automation Manager, EMEA
We are looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to join our team.  Through a deep understanding of our prospects, customers and brands, you will develop and lead the in region automation strategy to acquire, implement and retain customers. This position will play a critical role in driving the execution and optimisation of the automation strategy ensuring that we are managing this in line with our customer journey maps and personas.  In this role you will also work to support the global Automation platform with the Director of Automation, assisting with implementation, administration, and adoption of Eloqua across brands, helping to ensure project and business needs are met.
Responsibilities include:
Manage and build the in region automation strategy for lead generation, implementation and retention tailored across multiple personas and brands.
Customer journey building, campaign set up, email design, testing and execution.
End-to-end email campaign management, including email builds, QA, dynamic list segmentations and proper deployment.
Continually seek opportunities to advance automation efforts. Create the logic, build and launching automation campaigns for global teams.
Manage and enhance A/B testing roadmap within email and providing continual results and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
Regional product support – build superior level product knowledge and support best practice for implementation, program development and campaign execution.
Serve as the regional expert and top user of Eloqua cross-functionally on global teams.
Work to increase adoption and functionality within Flight Centre Travel Group to ensure “One Best Way” for Eloqua
Monitoring and reporting on data, metrics, analytics and optimisation
Ensure all solutions configured in Eloqua abide by spam and privacy laws of your region.
Responsible for supporting/training new and current Eloqua users with their questions.
Requirements:
Previous experience in digital marketing with an emphasis on customer relationship management, marketing automation and retention
Experience with email marketing tools – Eloqua preferred but not required
Experience with analytics and reporting
Experience with Data Management and Database Management
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
