If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimise the digital marketing campaigns and projects across all digital channels.
Based in our Brisbane head office, you will be responsible for supporting the Flight Centre Travel Group’s B2B corporate brands in delivering the brands’ strategic marketing plan.
This role leverages a strong understanding of all facets of cross-channel digital management, including paid media, organic (SEO), website management, data/analytics, and marketing technology. This individual is part of the global marketing framework, chartered to implement a global plan at the regional (AUS) level. This role will strike the perfect balance between strategy and tactical and will constantly require production in both areas.
Key responsibilities include:
Owner of all digital channels across multiple brands – website, email, social, paid media.
Set the strategic direction and digital goals for the business across multiple brands
Following and setting industry-leading best practice principles
Produce content-driven automated lead nurture programs
Implement and manage digital campaigns from the planning phase through to reporting on results, including coordination, execution, communication, and results tracking and analytics
Manage the external digital agency relationship for paid media and optimisation.
Manage paid acquisition channels including LinkedIn, Google and other third party online advertising platforms ensuring campaigns are optimised for maximum reach.
Manage growth and optimisation of lead generation programs.
Audit campaign assets (landing pages, articles, social media posts, emails, content, analyst reports, infographics, etc.) to ensure healthy traffic and conversion metrics.
Take responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital activity.
Be a thought leader and subject matter expert, encouraging continual improvement and knowledge sharing
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
Thorough understanding of digital marketing principles
Strong understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation, content production and B2B marketing/sales funnels
Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and marketing automation
In-depth knowledge of the various digital marketing tools and technologies, including paid/performance media, LinkedIn advertising, SEO trackers, social media monitoring tools.
Experience in Social Media marketing, especially LinkedIn for targeted B2B audiences
Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis
Understanding of website usability, optimisation and design processes desirable
Demonstrated use of CMS platforms
CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation (Eloqua) experience desirable
Impeccable time and project management skills
Ability to demonstrate outstanding communication skills
Very high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge, and thirst for, latest online marketing developments and initiatives
Qualifications and Experience:
Marketing degree or related discipline
5+ years demonstrable digital marketing experience
Hands-on experience managing digital strategies at a B2B company or agency
