The Regional Sales role forms part of the Corporate Traveller sales team. Their primary role will be to lead an area within CT Sales and help grow NBTO through winning new business. They will lead by example in everything they do, driving the strategy set by the HOS and supporting NBTO growth through their own sales. They will also be an excellent manager, supporting TMs and BDMs within their area. Manage performance, identify areas for development and support all areas of CT & FCTG for their area.

Responsibilities:
Drive area to grow NBTO and customer numbers for CT in the SME space.
Support area to drive sales team’s win success rate
Ensure consistency in solutions presented
Manage area success against set KPIs
Support the training of internal stakeholders
Work with area to support and bids team on Proposals/RFP/RFQ/RFIs
Create & drive a business plan that supports CT Sales growth targets
Embrace change and drive across area
Support Hustlers to manage change, new tech and create sales strategies to increase efficiency and NBTO
Support projects & travel shows/events.
Support on Sales development & new technology
Understanding the role of CT sales in the wider brand strategy, UK and globally and championing that.
