About the corporate divisions and position on offer:
The corporate travel division of FCTG comprises a diverse range of corporate travel brands, headlined by the global powerhouses of FCM and Corporate Traveller. We focus on growing and transforming our business to meet changing customer needs and we’re driven by a culture that puts our customers and team first. The direct team consists of 5 staff members across the globe and is part of a larger corporate group. The direct team is independent, diverse, inclusive, work’s autonomously and has the technical ability, matched with the tenacity to excel at everything they do.
Through a deep understanding of our customers, and brands, you will develop and lead the in-region automation strategy to onboard and retain customers.
You will work to support the global Automation platform with the Global Marketing Automation Manager, assisting with implementation, administration, and adoption of Eloqua across brands, helping to ensure project and business needs are met.
Responsibilities:
Manage and build the in-region automation strategy implementation and retention tailored across multiple personas and brands.
Customer journey building, campaign set up, email design, testing and execution.
End-to-end email campaign management, including email builds, QA, dynamic list segmentations and proper deployment.
Continually seek opportunities to advance automation efforts. Create the logic, build and launching automation campaigns for global teams.
Manage and enhance A/B testing roadmap within email and providing continual results and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
Experience:
Marketing Automation tools (Eloqua preferred but not required – SFMC, Adobe Campaign, Pardot)
Email Marketing
Retention Marketing
Salesforce CRM
Data Management and Database Management
Analytics and Reporting
Marketing related degree (preferred)
