We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist, in this role you’ll drive adoption and outcomes leading to increased travel consultant productivity. You will be part of the Customer Relationship & Insights global team who’s mission is to make travel simple and fun.

What you’ll do:
Customize solutions that help our retail travel consultants move forward and grow their business
Deliver and communicate value throughout the customer lifecycle
Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues and engage with our development team using established processes
Provide exceptional consultant support and have a sense of urgency to resolve and investigate issues
Take initiative and an analytical approach to drive change, improve processes and product
Get involved in the product communication process by delivering webinars to users, drive engagement and adoption
Be a product expert and helping to identify and resolve support issues
Actively take part in product testing / QA process
Managing key product integrations
You’ll earn brownie points:
With Flight Centre retail sales consultant experience
With impressive communication skills
Possessing a bias for action and a passion for technology
If you’ve had experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering)
With the ability to excel and stay organized in a fast-paced and distributed team
If you’ve had experience with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical users
Leading with composure, resilience, collaboration and flexibility
