Sales Manager – Travel Industry – Central London – £40-48k (£20k OTE – Uncapped). An excellent opportunity to join this online travel company based in central London. Please note this is a fully office based role.

Sales Manager Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 15 – 20 sales agents through 3 team leaders that operate phones, social media and web chat.
• Seek ways to maximise online and offline sales through the product, customer journey and team performance.
• Utilise Salesforce to drive team performance
• Identify where training and support will improve team members conversion and performance.
• Recruitment and train new sales agents, also managing the weekly team rota

Sales Manager Skills Required

• Previous sales / call centre management experience gained within the travel industry
• Experience leading and developing teams
• Experience using Salesforce would be a distinct advantage but other CRM experience will also be considered
• Attention to detail with a customer centric approach
• Ability to problem solve and think strategically

Sales Manager Additional Details

• A basic salary in the region of £40,000 – £48,000 per annum plus an uncapped bonus scheme linked to sales with a realistic OTE of £20k on top but uncapped so can earn much more.
• 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7, 9am-6pm to include 1 weekend per month (which can be worked from home and time off in lieu)
