As it marks its 30th year of promoting holistic wellness, award-winning Thai wellness destination Chiva-Som Hua Hin announced an exclusive collaboration with Guinness World Record-holder and ultra-marathon champ Natalie Dau and acclaimed yoga practitioner Dawn Sim.
These renowned experts will be heading a complimentary four-day wellness programme for guests at the resort from the 26th to the 29th August.

Returning to Chiva-Som Hua Hin for her third stint, Dau has inspired women around the world to reclaim their strength through movement.
She guides women over 40 through power-charged strength training, functional fitness workshops and more to support and empower their evolving wellness journeys.
Sim, on the other hand, makes her debut at Chiva-Som Hua Hin during this particular event.
She is a seasoned yoga practitioner, sound healer and breathwork coach with over two decades of experience in emotional wellbeing and integrative healing.
Her sessions are curated to promote mental clarity, emotional balance and self-awareness.
With her nurturing presence, Sim creates a space for deep relaxation and mindful movement.
