Over 1,000 runners made their way to the heart of Beijing’s central business district to take part in this year’s Beijing Vertical Run.
The event was held on Saturday, 13th September, at the China World Summit Wing.
The Beijing Vertical Run had runners climbing up 80 floors, covering a vertical distance of 330 metres, and taking more than 2,000 steps to get to the finish line.
More than a mere physical challenge, the Beijing Vertical Run served to celebrate the spirit of fitness and active living among participants who found themselves peering through at the glorious city skyline as they made their ascent.
