Norwegian coastal cruise line Hurtigruten announced that Hayley Moore is its new vice-president of sales and marketing in Europe and emerging markets.
As part of the cruise line’s senior leadership team, Moore will lead Hurtigruten’s sales and marketing strategy across the UK and high-growth emerging markets in EMEA, spanning both B2B and B2C channels.
At the same time, she will oversee the UK-based team to drive growth and revenue in one of the company’s most important markets and in new territories with strong potential for expansion.
A welcome addition to the team
Hurtigruten’s chief commercial officer Iain Powell expressed delight over Moore as the latest addition to the company.
Powell said of her: “Her impressive experience across both sales and marketing, combined with her deep understanding of the trade and consumer landscape, make her the ideal leader to accelerate our growth in these key markets. Hayley’s strong commercial acumen and extensive industry relationships will be invaluable as we continue to inspire more travellers to explore the Nordics with Hurtigruten.”
Vice-president for Princess Cruises in the UK and Europe Eithne Williamson likewise praised Moore who held senior roles in that particular cruise line.

Getting to know Hayley Moore
As mentioned above, Moore joins Hurtigruten from Princess Cruises, where she has held senior roles, most recently as Sales Director for the UK and Europe.
Over the past three years, she has played a pivotal role in managing multiple international markets and strengthening strategic trade partnerships.
Her career includes leadership positions across brands such as P&O Cruises and Kingfisher PLC, giving her a unique blend of creative marketing insight and data-driven commercial expertise.
Her appointment follows a highly competitive recruitment process, which attracted a strong field of candidates from across the industry and stands as a reflection of Hurtigruten’s reputation as a pioneering leader in the travel industry and its growing momentum in key international markets.
