Odette reopens, blending French cuisine with Asian flair

The reopening coincides with Odette's tenth anniversary

Odette, the acclaimed modern French restaurant in Singapore, has reopened, marking a new chapter in its culinary journey.

Chef-Owner Julien Royer has introduced a menu that retains its French roots whilst embracing Asian flavours, reflecting the evolving global palate.

The reopening coincides with Odette's tenth anniversary, showcasing a commitment to soulful and intentional dining.

A delectable new menu

The new menu features dishes like the Hokkaido Botan Ebi, a yuzu-kosho–glazed spot prawn with dashi jelly and crème fraîche, topped with Maison Kaviari caviar.

Another highlight is the Crab Contrast, which presents Norwegian king crab in two styles, complemented by a tarragon-laced Béarnaise.

Pastry Chef Louisa Lim's creations, such as the LOULOU Lemon, offer a vibrant citrus finale.

Odette's beverage programme has also expanded, introducing a temperance menu crafted by Beverage Specialist Haikel Bin Abdullah.

This includes the Oolong, a sugar-free drink made with Li Shan Oolong tea, shiso, and yuzu peel, designed to pair with the Hokkaido Botan Ebi.

Odette offers a 5-course "Terre & Mer" menu at $268 (SGD368) and a 7-course "Epicure" menu at $363 (SGD498); a vegetarian option, "Nature & Découverte", is available at $290 (SGD398).

Note that reservations are recommended.
